Easy Protein Prep!

  • Place 2 lbs. of chicken breasts in slow cooker
  • Add 1 cup chicken broth
  • Cook on low for 6-ish hours (this can vary quite a bit depending on your slow cooker.)
  • Shred it with two forks
  • Use it in tacos, on salads, in soups, etc. throughout the week!
