Shredded Slow Cooker Chicken
Easy Protein Prep!
- Place 2 lbs. of chicken breasts in slow cooker
- Add 1 cup chicken broth
- Cook on low for 6-ish hours (this can vary quite a bit depending on your slow cooker.)
- Shred it with two forks
- Use it in tacos, on salads, in soups, etc. throughout the week!
Boom. Eat your protein!
